What if I'm not completely satisfied with a product?
If you receive a product that you are not satisfied with, you have 14 days to return the product upon receiving your order. Shipping cannot be refunded for this type of return. However, if you would like to exchange an item, please place your new order to receive your replacement items quickly. Your return will be credited within five business days after receipt of the product.
How do I return a product?
You are welcome to return most unused and unopened merchandise within 14 days for a full refund. We will also refund your shipping cost if the return is a result of our error or a manufacturers defect. You will receive:
- An exchange/replacement on item(s) damaged in shipment or with manufacturers defects.
- No refund can be issued on damaged merchandise returned due to improper use of the product by the consumer.
Please provide the information below on a clearly printed page along with your return. It is your responsibility to wrap the merchandise securely. Please use appropriate padding on fragile items and keep all pieces together. For your protection, we recommend UPS or Insured Parcel Post for shipment:

You may return the product by any means you wish; however, we suggest First Class Parcel Post, UPS, FedEx or AirBorne Express because they provide ways of tracking the package to ensure delivery. After we have received the returned product, please allow 5 business days for a credit to be issued to your credit card. I have returned my order, now I need a new one.
We ask that all customers return to our website to place a new order for additional items. No written or typed requests sent along with returns will be fulfilled unless a new order is placed on our website. All orders need to be placed on our website so they can be processed and tracked without error on our behalf.
